I usually don't care about book release dates either. Just in retrospec, it's kind of neat to see when things came out. Sometimes, like with games, I think about trying to get current releases, but it has to be something really special. I was looking at the Halo books that came out 2015, but there are too many of them this time. It's like three novels and several online novellas. Too much!

I've been interested in playing Alan Wake lately. It didn't interest me back then though. All the others you mentioned are definitely on my list to play. 

A friend was trying to get me to buy Star Wars Battlefront so I could play with him. I don't know if it's my type of game, all multiplayer social and all, but I want to see his video clips next time I log onto Xbox One. 

I just got Syndicate! It's a Starbreeze Studios game. It's not on my immediate play list yet though, but soon. 

I played some Brink earlier this year with my friend Mark. We didn't get into it very much. 

Sorry to hear about your Mom. I lost my Dad a few years ago, but we weren't all that close. I was surprisingly cool. You never know how you're going to react in such situations. I'm looking forward to the next Nerds Without Pants. 

That Castlevania music made me think of the Baroque classical music I'm going to listen to at the beginning of 2016. All that harpsichord and organ music really conjures up a Gothic feel. 

Ha! Right. Perhaps a better comparison could've been used. I got a little sister. Don't think that would work. Too much testosterone associated with Gears. 

Yes, the farting. There's also a belching doll that'll clear a room too. It's interesting to see what the doll's ability can do. I went 'round seducing all the dolls with the one that does the wiggle and then suddenly realized that it makes some dolls follow her around. I thought, maybe there's a puzzle where I can use that, just like I did with the farting doll. Oh video games. The things we do in them. 

Stacking has a very lovely visual style. Cut-scenes are done like a silent movie. There'a actually no voice work in the game, just dialog boxes, but it's very visually attractive in every way. 

I was going to mention that Sky Kid should've been called Sky Bird, or Sky Woodstock after the Peanuts character, because that's what the pilot looks like. 

Right. Sky Kid Deluxe in the one not on other collections. I remember now. 

Yea, I'm really liking it so far. 

Yea, I've played lots of mediocre games, but had fun because they had at least two player co-op. 

He still looks like 40 at most.
