I guess it would be Road Rash on PSone. Not sure if it was exactly mind-blowing. I don't remember being wowed by the graphics or anything, but Mark and I played that thing like crazy. Probably the first bit hit for me in the post 16-bit generation.

That's good. They are all good games. I just noticed I got Gears of War Ultimate Edition with my Xbox One.
I did notice the battle areas were mostly very small and they end pretty quickly.
It's funny, because I was initially turned off by the Gears series because it was so brotastic. Boy, I missed some good gameplay. Gears does seem to go well with watching football too. I mean, Cole is some kind of future footballer - called Thrashball.
I watched the trailer for the game on Xbox Live. I couldn't tell if it was a straight port of the original or some kind of remake. I think it's just a straight port though. Looked fun.
I rediscovered Gyruss on Xbox's Game Room app. What a great game. Looks like it's on the GBA Konami Classics Series cart.
A lot of games when I decide to quit them early because I don't like them much. I just got into Gears of War Judgment, and that's all Iplayed today, and probablly all next weekend.
I'm playing a bunch of Original Xbox games on my Xbox 360. I watched the trailer for the Xbox One backwards compat today. Looks like all Games With Gold games will be good on both 360 and One, and they are going to add hundreds of 360 games to the list down the road. I'm guessing Original Xbox games will not be included although they should since Sony does PS One Classics and all on PS3.
I watched a bunch of video clips and screen shots from friends today. Love that.
I friended you there too. Or, it says I'm following you now. It doesn't seem to send a friend request like on Xbox 360. Maybe I did something wrong though.
I do love those cel-shaded game graphics. I really like Japanese art games like Okami and the Vanillaware games. Frickin' Rayman Origin/Legend games make my jaw drop too. There's so many cool art styles in games. It's part of the reason why I love this form of media so much.
I looked at my memory after all my freebie games downloaded and I was down to 320 GB already. The external drive option seems really easy to do on this system, so maybe I'll get one sometime. I did want that 1TB model too, but I wanted to save some money in the short term. I may get a custom one down the road so I can hand off my current one to Mark. Then we'll both have one for co-op gaming like we do for 360 right now.
