The Atari wallpaper was one of the first things I unlocked, but I don't remember which game I unlocked it on. It may have been Super Pac-Man, because I'm really good at that one.
I don't think Namco was really mad about Ms. Pac-Man. Maybe Professor Pac-Man or Baby Pac-Man. And Namco has even admitted Midway wasn't doing anything wrong, it was part of their agreement. Namco just learned to be more protective of their properties in the future.
Sounds like how Will Wright created SimCity, because he had more fun making the maps for Raid on Bungling Bay more than actually playing it!
Is the figure you got in Pac-Man Musem+ a Galaga figure or a Galaxian figure?
I hope you can play Kirby and the Forgotten Land soon. It's really good.
Right now I got review codes for both Pocky & Rocky Reshrined and TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, so I'm really happy about that.
Yeah I think some players may take it too seriously. I think that's why I got bored.
I'm going to get that new LEGO Star Wars game eventually. Probably going to ask for it for my birthday.
You get more visitors in your arcade when you complete more missions. I have 7 visitors. All four ghosts, Professor Pac, Pac-Buddy (the dog) and Pac-Mom. Be sure to look out for my blog about the game in a few days!
Pac-Mania is one of my favorite Pac-Man games. You know you can jump over the ghosts in that one, right? I only ask because whenever I would go into arcades as a kid and watch people play that, you'd be surprised how many people didn't know that and I'd have to tell them. Even though it's featured right on the cabinet.
One of my friends way back in high school told me about a toon tabletop RPG that was like DnD. I wonder if that was what he was referring me to. He invited me over to his house to play another tabletop RPG one time, and I feel asleep before it got to be my turn. In my defense, they took way too long to set up. But he didn't invite me over to play RPGs after that.
I hear the Xbox version of Pac-Man Museum+ has imput lag. Hopefully they fix it. I would love to know what Pac-Man game you are referring to that has "bigger sized characters" as you put it. Be sure to look out for my Pac-Man Museum+ blog next week!
That's not the only game where they changed the sprite to be Pac-Mom. Other games on the collection changed it too, including Pac-In-Time and even Pac-Attack! They forgot to change one instance, though, but I won't say what it is.
You know what's weird is that even though they don't have the Midway games on the collection, you can get statues of Professor Pac-Man, Jr. Pac-Man, Baby Pac-Man, and Chomp Chomp, but they call them different names. I'm glad we're past the Ghostly Adventures era, but man this stuff is almost as weird.
