Right now it's the port of PC game Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord, but I'm still exploring the system's titles. 

He's got three pikmin with him: red, blue and the yellow one, I just noticed, is behind him.

I looked on the Pikmin Wiki and can't find any reference to Captain Olimar's age. He does seem middle-aged though with his nearly bald head and his captaincy being his second job (He was a repair man first). 

If I did this right, I should hit 2015 on the last week of the year. 

I have a bunch of his stuff too. I'm going to have to go find it all for a playlist. It'd be fun to listen to it again. 

I just noticed that I have Republic Commando in my collection still. I'm going to give it another go sometime soon and see if it's all that. 

I love that cover of the Joy Division album. Black and white photos are the best especially when extremely contrasty like that. 

My favorite Bond car of those pictured is the Diamons are Forever one. HOT!

Shining in the Darkness on Sega Genesis. I didn't even know the term JRPG at the time, I just thought it was a cool RPG. I vividly remember the tuning fork riddle in the game. You had a room full of large tuning forks and had to repeat a melody by hitting them in the right order. I thought that was really neat at the time. 

I still have Stubbs the Zombie. I'm going to play it again. I don't think I ever finished it. 

Timesplitters Future Perfect was really great, and a co-op campaign as well, if I remember right. 

I still follow a lot of the journalists on 1UP. I was just listening to Retronauts today and it was full of ex-1upers like Nick Suttner who's now on the Playstation Blogcast. There was also a guy at Game Informer this week talking about his career and mentioned 1UP being a place he worked at once. Seems a lot of people in game journalism came through 1up at some point. 

I really liked the drunk Blake blog or blogs you did a little while ago. I'm not saying go get drunk again, but it was a fun read. I sometimes try to get looser like that but I'm always a little tight and think things through a lot. 

I'm keeping it pantless. 

I always thought of the Game Cube as the cartoon graphics console too. I reserved it for things of that style, but then there was Eternal Darkness and Geist. Can't overlook those.
