Don't worry, I never so much as tried a demo, and didn't let that scare me off from spending expendable income on something that wasn't my crippling debt. Better yet, it takes place in 80s Seattle? I'm down. I love rain and the idea of the 80s. Plus it has a dark art syle, like those Dark Knight comics I keep hearing about? Keeps getting better.
I don't like that you have a limited ammo supply, though, as I kind of wanted to treat this like Contra. Guess I should have taken the hint when the trailer showed mostly single shotgun rounds being fired, but I can live with it. Hell, puzzle platformer is a mix of two things I'm really into lately. Better watch what you call niggle, though. That could land you in trouble.
It sucks to hear about the deterioration of control (I'm guessing this involved a helicopter, as you mentioned in your comment on my blog) towards the end, and I absolutely will not get over how stale zombies are, but I am looking forward to playing this.
