Hopefully this game will give the 3D Marios a chance to sell as well as its 2-D counterparts.

It is launching with the eShop. Don't really care about it, but FREE EXCITEBIKE.
Also, disappointed Link's Awakening isn't at launch, but...
AGAIN, NOA, NCL IS BEATING YOU WITH VIRTUAL CONSOLE TITLES. MEGA MAN WILY'S REVENGE. WHY?
Color me surprised.
I knew Sega was planning on doing something with the HotD: Overkill IP, but personally I think this is kind of a waste. Anybody with a Wii owns an HD console (myself included), but I frankly can't find myself to spend more money on a light-gun shooter. Not to mention you need a 3D TV with glasses in order to see the effect.
That, and I though HotD: Overkill was very over-rated. That's just me though.
While I know this is a rumor and nothing else, I am somewhat glad to see something happening. But this talk about "hardcore" crowd is very VERY unappealing to me. Nintendo tried doing this in the Gamecube era, and it didn't do much at all. Nintendo is a company for everyone, so yeah.
Still, Wii2(whatever the hell you will be named) with HD Mario plz thk u.
I should have worded that better: so far, it's only a rumor. Still, I am not anticipating this. At all.
Oh who am I kidding? I'll probably play it because being someone who enjoyed the Genesis Sonic titles will doom me to play any Sonic release.
Then I shove it up my ass.
Considering Capcom's overall luck with HD games not tied to an existing Capcom IP (see Resident Evil and Street Fighter), Dragon's Dogma might end up flopping like the others did.
But I could be wrong...
AAANNNNDDDD I just found out that this game is basically old Genesis levels transplated into 2 1/2-D graphics. Being a huge fan of the Genesis titles, this just disappoints me.
Then again, I'm not like a majority of the Sonic fanbase which are slightly insane in their wants and needs.
Anyone still wish that Nintendo made a Sonic game?
To Sonic Color's credit, it didn't do any of the following three things most recent Sonic games did:
1) Force players to watch cutscenes with a emo version of Sonic (Shadow).
2) Go through crappy emerald hunting levels.
3) Have Sonic kiss a human female.
I wonder what's the bigger joke, this joke review being better than 99% of PixlBit's actual reviews or PixlBit's general coverage.
I would absolutely love to see you do a review.
So... I bought this game yesterday.
Frankly, why they got rid of the difficulty in the latest installments just blows my mind. The best parts of Monkey Ball 1 & 2 on the Cube was it's difficulty... and the addicting mini-games. The puzzle levels aren't bad, but World 1 to 3 was quite a snore.
I would pay, like Nate, for a update of either Monkey Ball 1 and 2 on the 3DS (or Wii2, whatever floats my boat). Ever since AV got sucked up by SEGA, Monkey Ball has gone down the crapper, somewhat.
UGH.
