Those are actually known for their story, so I think you'd like that part. SCVI doesn't have as many fancy cutscenes as those, but I dig the fantasy-based story in the Mission and Story modes. And it does have cutscenes and voice acting, just not as many as MK or Injustice.
Yeah, I hate the tedious tasks games make you do for trophies. I still do them if they're the last one I need and I have time though. Guess I'm part of the problem.

I don't think it sucks, there are just a lot of things about it that are really outdated. It's actually a lot shorter than I thought. My completed save file is only 13 hours.
I'd imagine AC Odyssey is amazing if you love Ancient Greece.
Yakuza has way more to do than Shenmue, by a landslide. But Shenmue has a certain quaint charm to it.
I never played SC past 2 until now.
All I can think about is AVGN landing it with the Power Glove, though I'm pretty sure that was editing magic.
I'm in a similar boat with Shenmue's toy capsule achievement. I don't think it'll take me as long to get that as this will for you, but the way you get emeralds sounds a lot more exciting than the way I get toy capsules (literally pressing left to say I want to buy one over and over and hoping they're all new ones).
The quest mode sounds interesting. Do they tack on any sort of story to it?
It's weird how much I'll put up with when there's even a hint of a story attached to it. I actually liked the fighting in DOA 6 more than the fighting in Soul Calibur VI, but the latter had a story mode built in, so I way preferred it.
