I was fat in middle school but after my growth spurt I was a bean pole through High School. Sports pretty much kept me that way until about 1997 when I had a thyroid condition and put on a lot of weight. I got over the condition, but with working, I haven't had much time to exercise, but now I really want to slim down. Enough is enough.

I have a vivid memory of discovering that Ace of Spades album sometime around 1999. I had it on cassette to check out and I kept it in there all day long just rewinding it over and over again.
