Happy Father's Day from 30 minutes before Father's Day (I live in the far distant past of Central Standard Time).

Not all of them are decent. I remember this being BigMex from 1up's favorite gaming movie, but both my memory and a Spoony review tell me a certain VHS cartoon out around the time of the sequel is terrible (although I think at the time I just thought it was cool it existed, and I was allowed to rent it), and so is the sequel according to just about everyone.

This one though, I fell asleep in the theater when I saw it with my older brother and dad (I was quite young, so that happened in movies), but everyone who was a fan of the games seemed to enjoy it. The CGI does look terrible, though, especially now. I'm fairly certain Goro was an animatronic.

I was a fan of the games when they were first out, just cause of how young I was and how violent they were, but they all seem pretty stiff to me now; except that new one looked pretty good.

The Evil Within sounds like it could be the next Eternal Darkness for me, in that it could be the next survival-horror game I get really into. I think I actually will enter this generation with a PS4, I just have to see when, so I'm excited.

There's no way this laptop is handling an MMO, but look forward to your thoughts on it.

This doesn't quite get me to throw money at them, cause while Mega Man is awesome and overdue, I'd prefer Simon Belmont and X (like Wii U X, not SNES/PS Mega Man X) fill the spots taken by the Wii Fit trainer and the Animal Crossing character ... then again, I like having that novelty along the lines of Game & Watch, so who knows? I could end up loving it if I bought a 3DS and/or Wii U. 

Nice blog though, I really love this series, even if I haven't been with it since Melee.

I agree the One's exclusives are better. I do not care, because a) let's face it, "exclusivity" probably won't stay that way for long in most titles' cases, b) every other reason the entire internet has given about not buying a One.

As for Nintendo, I mostly agree, but as Epic Greenman reminded me with his blog, there actually is a new IP for Wii U called X, and I think it looks sweet.

No, you gave me something to Google, and I did, but I only read one article, so wasn't sure. I don't nerd rage, I just make sure I know what I'm buying. lol

I thought that fee was specific to online multiplayer? I could be wrong, though. Cause honestly, if "PS+ is a paid service needed to play multiplayer online" is informing that meme, and it's not some crazy thing where the co-op or split-screen won't work sans internet, I don't see the big deal at all, really.

Hey, I was a huge douchebag of a Nintendo fanboy when the Gamecube was out, no judgment here.
