Yeah, Gold was awesome. I think it led my older brother to break one of my controllers way back when, but I still liked it. lol

I definitely agree that the Xbox One has more and more impressive exclusives, but because of console policy it simply does not matter to me as an informed consumer. However, we will see how this all plays out with the general public, who may not be as put off as I am by Xbox One, and simply see that it has more exclusives. While every nerd with access to internet is on PS4's side, myself included (which is ironic, considering how big a deal always-online is, even to me), Xbox One does have better exclusives in my opinion, several are new IPs to boot, and how many in the mainstream will do their research or care about DRM and always-online is a question I don't feel can be answered by the internet.
But then it won't matter if people are put off enough they don't buy the One, failing to provide a large enough userbase, and those games are forced to stop being exclusives. And when the holiday news stories crop up, this could become a factor easily.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'd like to watch more trailers for things I may or may not be able to afford this holiday season.
Well, it's certainly got my vote for best theme song of E3.
I love doing nothing. Especially in game form. lol
I remember how groundbreaking the first or so Medal of Honor game was cause of the opening D-Day sequence that mirrored Saving Private Ryan.
I'd also like more naturalistic settings, but I have a neon light "fetish," so I don't mind if most are set in cities, especially rainy ones, as long things look vibrant.
I definitely agree about finally having a future with some damn color other than "grey" and "brick rubble." I'm definitely on your side, especially since I've found the concept of a desert anything excrutiatingly dull since childhood.
Whatever has to happen, I feel for you, and just remember you're a great owner to take care of him, and he'll either get better, be in a better place, or get some rest from his sickness no matter what happens.
Much love to you and Bandit.
To be fair, apparently a lot of women aged 18-54 are really digging The Price is Right this year. I am absolutely certain all of them will want and not be put off by the policies of Xbox One.
And COD fanboys can go PS4. Halo fanboys on the other hand ... can go PS4 when it comes to PS4 like MGSV went to One.
I don't necessarily hope it fails, cause competition is good ... oh wait, it can be between PS4 and PC. Never mind.
Yeah, that's why I mentioned if I had a Galaxy phone, price would not have been a factor since the Galaxy S3s were the same in price as iPhone 4 or 5, I forget which.
And it was more of an on-foot battle game? In that case, I'm less excited than I was, but I will certainly look forward to it regardless. I could definitely see that being very fun.
