I Need Help (No, not mentally)

Posted on 04/04/2013 at 06:20 AM | Filed Under Blogs

I remember seeing a long time ago in college I read an article pertaining to the fact that Gamers were better at driving than non-gamers because Gamers actually develop a higher sense of reaction time.

You can also focus on games such as Brain Age and Dr. Layton which are actually pretty good at stimulating the different portions and sections of the brain.

Another MGS game finished: - 4 hours. No Saves

Wow.. You're out of control GH.. lol!

It's been years since I've beaten the original MGS, and I imagine that it woudl take me probably around 10-20 hour to complete the first one if I were to ever try it again.

Replay Hell: Final Fantasy XIII (Yes, I'm going there)

I was going for all the achievements in this game, and I lost my checklist of all of the items I had gathered, ugh!

So naturally instead of saying fuck it, I did the logical thing and started over...

I'm an idiot..

So basically I threw away 120 hours of work for one achievement. However, I'm on chapter 10 in a little over eleven hours thanks to the ability to skip cutscenes (This was kind of the whole point of my comment, I just got side tracked). So if you want to hurry things along, just skip the cut-scenes and you'll fly through the game in no time!

If you could replay any 3 games as if it were your first time playing them, what would they be?

Bioshock Infinite (spoiler free)

I've been watching my Wife play this game all weekend and it looks amazing! And no... I haven't played it yet.. She's been hogging it up ever since we got it. I bought her the first Bioshock for Christmas and she's been addicted to those games ever since!

But back to the game.. It defintiely looks awesome! I can't wait to sink my teeth into it and hunt down some lore! First things first though... I gotta get the Wife to speed through it so I can lay claim!

You're my favorite stalker! LOL

I would definitely recommend that you pick it up at some point, but I'd also recommend that you wait for a price drop since it's a little on the short side.

Thanks, it's good to be back!

It was nice to see a set of QTE events that actually make sense instead of random buttons being pressed (*cough*Knight Contract *Cough*!

I really enjoyed the new TR, but I could never get into the older ones. I'm not sure if it was the story or the gameplay that did it, but the new TR was able to actually hold my attention for once!

I was actually about 15 minutes North of Philly in a town called Lansdale. It sucked..

I was stuck on a Mid-Turnpike point, so if I wanted to go anywhere I had to pay to get in and out of where I was!

And the new Army of TWO is really good! I've been enjoying it a lot! Of course as I mentioned above, I liked the first two installments a lot. I'm just glad I wasn't disappointed by EA.
