Well, there's the "Wii" line title we were waiting for. Surprised they didn't launch the Wii Remote Plus with the new Wii Play to begin with, but maybe this will help the attach rate some.

Glad to be getting Ocarina of Time 3D in a couple of months, but other than that Q2 on Nintendo platforms sucks. Sure, Cave Story 3D and BlazBlue 2 are nice as well, but there's really nothing mind-blowing in this line-up, Zelda included.

Given the Q2 line-up, expect some Nintendo bomb dropping at E3.

I really love this game. It has a lot of character and it really encouraged you to use your brain to solve puzzles in a variety of different ways.

Double Fine is definitely on a roll and I'm anxiously awaiting Trenched to see what else they can accomplish on XBLA.

I'll just say this: we'll see. I've grown to be skeptical of all Sonic properties at this point. I don't think Sega can ever successfully bring Sonic back to his roots because the console landscape is so much different today than it was back then, but that's a discussion for a different day. I do think that Sega can do better than they have and I'd at least like to see something serviceable come from them.

Looks pretty decent. Hopefully Nintendo sees fit to bring it to America alongside The Last Story and Xenoblade. Guess we'll be finding out at E3.

If all three do come, Nintendo has really stepped up their game in attempting to appeal to the core market.

Yeah, if you're looking for a great free flight mode, look elsewhere. For me, Pilotwings has always been about perfecting missions, so this one really connected with me.

As for the 3DS in general, if you can't catch the 3D effect, undoubtedly you're best off waiting for some better software to release (I'm sure you've arrived at this conclusion anyway). Pilotwings should be good for you when it hits the bargain bin. Free flight can still be fun and the missions are definitely still a challenge, though the Wuhu Island setting does leave something to be desired.
