Well I was trying to paste a link but its not working. Basically the formula is you have to use three of the same item of the same rarity or two of the same type and third of any type so long as it is of the same rarity. Rocket launchers and smg work a little different for some reason, but if you google grinder recipes you should be able to find the wiki i was trying to post.
Yeah, I have a feeling they will expand the backpack and bank with dlc like in bl2. I don't know why they just don't give us the max capacity from the get go. And it's hard to justify buiding mules just to carry scrap gear that may or may not make something good.
I really pushed through with Nisha and it still took me about 30 hours. I 'm taking my time on this second play through with Athena. I have to say it feels easier to me too. Got a couple of legendary grenade mods which was a suprise. But I don't even bother farming stuff until I hit the level cap. From what I have heard purple grade gear can only be combined with legendary gear to make luneshine legendaries, two legends and one purple I think. Great if you got two low lv or crapy legends you don't want I suppose. Mostly I just used it to make greens into blues and blues into purples.lol It not quite on par with BL2 but still a solid game in my opinion.
Just watched the Video Games The Movie last night, pretty cool. They kind of glossed over some stuff but considering it covers almost 60 years worth of progress in an hour and a half I really can't complain. Psychonauts is awesome. I picked it up at Biglots for $3 for pc when my tv died and I HAD to get my video game fix. Got it again via psn since my computer died before I could finish it. Congrats on becoming a cat owner/ cat dad.lol I got 3 of the rascals and could not imagine my life without them.

Well I finished a first playthrough of Borderlands with Nisha, now I playing Athena. I want to beat it on normal with everyone before I start taking them into True Vault Hunter Mode. Already seeing people at lv 50, its crazy. I'm kind of over Destiny at the moment.
Still watching the new American Horror story. Despite not being one for darker tales, I really am diggin this show. It has style and and a really good cast.
I have to give my friend her book back before she will let me barrow the next one, so not read at the moment.
I had a cheese and egg biscuit with a dirty iced chai, they call it dirty because they put a shot of expresso in it. Very good, also will wake you up like a mule kick to the head.lol
I beleive that is the Shock Drop arena you get for preorder. I have not checked it out yet either.
I just beat it with Nisha Saturday and started a new game with Athena. Your right it keeps enough of what was already good about Borderlands and add some nice additions. The only thing I was disaapointed not to see was Marcos's shooting range.Very handy for testing weapons. But the new grinder is cool, gives you a cool alternative to selling junk gear. Clap will be my next choice with Wilhelm going last. Oh, Nisha's action skill Showdown lets her auto target for a short duration, she also gets a hefty boost to gun damage, fire rate, and reload speed. She is incredible for crown control and still very good against bosses.
Just beating a Dark Souls game is impressive to me, much less getting plat. Congrats!
