GLaD 10: Guilty Gear X2

Maybe not, but I just recall enjoying it on some level. Like I said, I just enjoy fighting games that have one player experiences that break up the monotony of fights with cutscenes. Obviously, they should be skippable, but someone like myself that plays one player appreciates when effort is put into character stories beyond what's in the manual.

I can't really say if it's better or worse than other fighting games, but there's more of it than normal in my experience, and I recall enjoying it.

I owned this game and ... I actually agree. I think I'd have given it a 3, but my God did I fall a lot in this damn game. I actually did ok with just straightaways and trick sections, but the minute I tried combining the two, it was a nightmare, and overall, it did often seem a bit boring. I think multiplayer made it more fun for me, though.

I still prefer Snowboard Kids, but I also prefer arcade to sim in general, so there ya go.

I'm actually pretty sure I DID notice the controls as a kid, and I think I found the planes too slow. I still loved the game just for its variety, though, it was a nice change of pace from Mario Kart.

I only ever rented it, but the next door neighbors had it, and I recall playing in Future Fun Land at their house.

I love this Tour de 64 idea, especially since it was my first system, technically (grew up with my older brother's NES, SNES, and Game Boy, but N64 was a Christmas present all my own.)

Stupid UMG made the first one's content unavailable in my country. "Everlasting" was some great mood music, though, and "The Way I Feel" sounds like a damn good time.

As for how all that talent just disappears, probably buried under all the mediocre radio crap from the 2000s. If I ever build a time machine, no offense if any of you are John Mayer fans, but I'm replacing Mayer with this guy.

Well, she's a lot cuter than the cat-sized brwn rat that swam towards me in our swimming pool last summer, I'll give you that.

I actually caught your fight with Andross yesterday, but then I think the stream went out on my end. Never knew how similar that ending is to 64's.

I wished I had gotten drunk yesterday, but I was tired, so that's something. Also, our cable went out right after I saw Justin Timberlake get inducted into the 5 Timers Club on SNL, right after the loudest damn thunder strike I ever heard, so that happened. Yeeeaaahh, I kinda wish I had gotten too drunk and tired to post a blog myself, my friends all scattering elsewhere for Spring Break is not helping my psyche.

But hey, nice pick ups there, guy. lol
