Yeah I absolutely agree with you there. It's unfortunate that there are so many men who think they can treat women as such. Female gamers are susceptible more so because especially online they are more likely dealing with adolescents and immature people who are shielded behind a computer and anonymous identity, that's who I feel the main culprits are. I have a feeling you are talking about mature men who should know better though?

Thanks for the recommendation. I may hold off a little while longer and see what both systems have to offer later this year. At the moment I'm leaning towards the vita purely for P4G.

I think the message of the blog got lost on me somewhere, I thought you were addressing our mentalities rather than actual coming on to and abusing a woman's sexuality. If that's the case I'm as sheepish and innocent as they come!

I must say I have been guilty of this. Not in an open kind of "you've got nice tits, let me smash your back doors in" kind of way but in the way I percieve some woman. Especially an attractive woman walkigndown the street. I will happily view her as a sexual object and maybe that's just because other than looking at her across the street, I don't intend or hope to have any interaction with her, she's a stranger after all. In that regard I don't think female gamers are exclusiove of that kind of behaviour. This kind of mysoginism is rife across the whole male spectrum. We're regressive animals in that sense. I'll fight my animal nature but I can by no means make any promises. If it makes it any better that girl walking down the street I apologise for viewing you as a piece of meat...

I can see that. The beginning of the game did nothing for me, I actually forced myself to get through the beginning sequence but then everything after is just 'comfort food'.

I haven't owned a handheld since the gameboy color! Was never a massive fan of portable gaming but it's come on in leaps and bounds and a lot of the new stuff coming out for both 3DS and Vita really excites me.

I'm in the UK so I guess I'd have to stay up super late to participate so wouldn't be able to play all that regularly! I'm exclusively on the 360 as well. Whatever game everyone settles on I can invest in :)

Still there for me but the lot's of spam blogs and lack of new ones make it seem very barren!
