Reading this makes me more excited about getting this. I pre-ordered this and bought Xenoblade and The Last Story. I have yet to play either. After reading, I think I will start with this game, play The Last Story and end with Xenoblade.

Looks interesting. I haven't played many strategy games but seem to be developing an interest in them. I'll keep this one on my radar.
Yeah Peach was a little over rated. I used her a lot, but I used all 4 of the characters for specific levels. Each one had something to bring to a level that fit better than the others.
I've never listened to a lot of Folk music and the Folk/Irish stuff you put on here is a good start. I really enjoyed it since it's not something I usually listen to. Seamus Kennedy seems like a great entertainer!
NES-Rygar
Gameboy-Zelda Links Awakening
Playstation - Silent Hill
PSP-God of War (couldn't choose which one)
I follow the masses and still like Mario more than Luigi, but it's great to see Luigi getting some starring roles. Luigi's Mansion was great and extremely fun to play. I always had to use Luigi in the ice boards in Mario 2. That's where that crazy jump worked the best for me.
Just curious, why is the God of War Collector's edition not worth it?
I got it and have a slightly different opinion.
I love the Walking Dead TV series and all the trades. I have high hopes for Survival Instinct. I almost pre-ordered it, but i'm waiting to see. I got burned on Family Guy and Aliens, so I gonna be more careful with my money.
GREAT BLOG!!
I agree with the Silent Hill entries. Although I haven't played the 2nd and 3rd, from my experience with first I remember the epic, eye opening type of experience you're describing. Those are few and far between for me.
Some of those I didn't read because I have yet to play: Mass Effect 2, Xenoblade, and Spec Ops. So I'll be on the lookout so to speak.
the latest moment for me was on your honorable mention list: The scarecrow in Arkham Asylum. EPIC
I think is the most accurate review I have read on RE6 and I appreciate you writing from the perspective of what the game acually is instead of basing the score on what the series used to be. I've said it before, I love this game but I don't call it Resident Evil. I call it "Uncharted Evil".
