Yeah but it sold terribly. I think Nintendo should start packing amiibos with every game. That'll boost sales lol.

Not sure if these are all coming out this year, but I'm anxiously awaiting Final Fantasy Type-0, Tekken 7, Street Fighter V, Uncharted 4, Persona 5, Batman Arkham Knight, No Man's Sky, Tomb Raider (oh wait I don't have an XB1), Zelda, and Fatal Frame if Nintendo/Tecmo decide to grace the US with its presence.
Both were classics. I loved Resident Evil when it came out and can't wait for the HD version of the Gamecube remake. Silent Hill...well, I own 1-3, but never completed any of them (too scary lol.)
Very well thought out. While I detect a bit of Nintendo bias (lol), you give an honest opinion not influenced by popularity or budget, so kudos. FWIW, the things that grabbed me the most this year were Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Ed., Guilty Gear Xrd, Bayonetta 2, and P.T. (the Silent Hills teaser). I have a bunch of games I haven't touched that I'll probably like (Shadow of Mordor, Little Big Planet 3, Drakengard 3, Kingdom Hearts HD Remix, Transistor) but who knows when I'll get a chance to try them? Nintendo did have a great year though.
I think I have a free download of one of the Lego games on Xbox, but I never played it. I did download Lego Marvel Superheroes on PS4 and play it from time to time, but I can't really get into it. I figured it's something my son and I can play together when he gets older, but I really hate having to switch between characters when playing alone, and for a family friendly game, they don't make your objectives very apparent. I get stuck in an area seemingly forever trying to figure out what to do next. It's way more frustrating than fun.
Um... No.
If it were permanently exclusive, Microsoft would be screaming that from mountaintop. It's timed, but they're not just going to come out and say that. That would be bad for business. But after all the backlash, Spencer even admitted that the exclusivity has a duration, and Square Enix just reiterated that.
Black Friday is the worst. I work in retail and I hate how the retailers make such a big deal about it and go so far as opening on Thanksgiving. They make it hard to maintain a work/life balance. And the jerks making the decisions are not working on the holiday or getting up early on Friday.
That's nice. I wouldn't know it was a 20th anniversary PlayStation except for the small logo though. Maybe it should have had some kind of graphic on the hard drive cover. It's nice that there's a matching camera.
I hope you enjoyed your PlayStation. By that time there were probably a hundred great games for the system.
I was never a PC gamer or fps fan. I can appreciate the tech and the game design behind them, but I was never any good at them, nor did I like them enough to get good. I messed around with Halo and Resistance because they were pretty much the only major games on their respective platforms at the time of their release, but I didn't really enjoy any first person games until BioShock and Portal.
