Fighting games were big then. I didn't play them at all. I want to get Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo though and maybe Darkstalkers.

Yea, that Batman Arkham Knight trailer told me absolutely nothing about the game. It was flashy and exciting, but without gameplay, it's pretty meaningless.
In going through the list of releases, I noticed so many genres that people talk about and that I missed: Resident Evil, Gran Turismo, Final Fantasy VII, Metal Gear Solid, and on and on. I'm especially interested in going back to play all the JRPGs and strategy games.
Pyro Pete was the last boss we beat that Monday and he went down very quickly. It sort of put an exclamation point on my whining about how easy the game was on Normal.
I can't remember how I got a PS1, maybe at the flea market I was going to regularly back then. I know I didn't buy any system new until maybe the Original Xbox.
The wiki page does, now that I looked all the way down, say that it has a long history outside of Zelda, but doesn't go into much detail about it. Despite that I thought the story of the symbol in Zelda fit the movie perfectly, and it appeared at just the right time to go along with that story (I'd go into more detail but it could be spoilers for anyone reading this who hasn't seen the film).
Cool. I looked both of those up. I hadn't heard of either before.
You'd be a great tour leader.
Pac-Man Arrangement looks interesting. I think I have some of those collections with the arcade verson on. I'll have to give that a spin.
Damn these edits not working. The interview was on Irrational Games' podcast a year or so ago.
Wow! I wonder what she will do next? I imagine she'll get another writing gig pretty quick with the reputation she's made with Uncharted.
I remember hearing an interview with her on a podcast, I forget which one.
