This seems like a very mercenary game on SK's part, like they needed something to pay the bills and this came along. I'm a fan of the company and a huge supporter of Denis Dyack, but games like this aren't doing them any favors.

Looking forward to this one. It seems like it's running on the same engine as Street Fighter IV, but that could be my imagination.
I recall Going Commando as my favorite of the first three games. But I'll be the first to admit that I may be looking at the game with rose colored glasses. Popping it in after playing Up Your Arsenal brought to light how slow the game handles and how sluggish the camera is.
I remember reading somewhere that FF XIV had started out as a graphical upgrade for FF XI, but turned into a new game when they decided that the upgrade would be too expensive. I wonder if they wish that they had gone ahead with that upgrade. I know I wish they had.
Square Enix, I love you. I love Final Fantasy. So understand that I say this out of love. Fire Tesuya Nomura. The boy had a good run, but he hasn't had a new idea in ten years.
At least you can use my tales as a lesson. Learn from my pain!
I want an achievement called "Let me taste your tears".
More and more, I'm feeling like I'm not going to be getting the entire Batman experience when I pop the disc in next week. It seems like tons of stuff have been split apart for "incentives".
Normally I'm fine with it, if it's little stuff like a weapon or something. But this whole thing seems really shady to me.
You're missing out on a truly special series of platformers. I would love to see Insomniac take a swing at a Mario game.
Oh, and when I read the part about the Pure White World Tendency, I rejoiced. Until I read the part about the Pure Black. One thing's for sure...it's going to make for some entertaining Travel Logs!
