I guess God Hand is weird. At least the bosses are weird. There's the flamboyantly gay twins, then a gorilla with a lucha libre mask, a group of midgets that parody Power Rangers, fat Mexican Elvis, and Shannon who can turn you into a pet Chihuahua. Then there's betting on Chihauhau races and the fighting move that lets you spank female enemies. There are many other strange fighting moves like the ball buster and a punch that sends enemies far into the sky.

Just got Dust on 360 for $3.

You're not kidding me. In the back of some of them there's a timeline showing all the different periods where Star Wars comic stories have been told. It's huge, from the distant past to the far future of the movie's time period.

That's cool. I was thinking all during work tonight about an idea for an RPG. I came up with a rough story line, some characters, and some interesting gameplay elements. One of which I think hasn't been used by anyone yet (although I'm probably wrong about that). A friend was talking about MUDs and I was thinking that might be a simpler way to start an RPG. I may just write up the story and gameplay elements I'd like to see. I guess it would be a design document. I gotta look up the format for that. 

I'm trying to figure out in my mind what makes this Vader series so good. It's the writing yes, but it's also the art and the rhythm of the story. How it ends, how it builds to that end. It's a bunch of stuff that contributes to such a great feeling when you get to the end of the issue. It's not always a lot of words too. It can be just a few. Comics are a cool medium. Underappreciated.

Damn. 1000 words. That's kinda long for a blog... but I'll do it! I'll break it into two 500 word blogs. One Thursday, the other Friday. How's that?

I did the opposite. I got Dream Team, got stuck on a boss and then bought Inside Story and still haven't played it.

Loved model trains as a kid. Every Christmas I think about them because I used to go to this great model train place with my Dad. I'd like to have one again sometime.

Ah cool! Sad indeed.

My first good experience playing EDF 2017 co-op probably solidified my fandom of the series. I had a good time with Gears 3, but I still haven't bought Judgment. Something about the wreckless abandon and silliness of EDF has me hook, line, and sinker.
