Thanks, it went great. took all of 3 minutes.lol. I have worked for him before over the years cooking and expo soI just had to go up there.

Well, it was hey come up and see what I got.lol. I think I will be the prep cook. He asked if I want to work the line and I said na the Prep is fine. I am just trying to get out the house a few hours a week.
