But if the birthday cake is a lie, is there really a birthday to celebrate? o_O
I suppose there can be ice cream either way, and that's what really matters.
I love RE4 but I haven't played it since it came out. I mean to every year but never get around to it I've never played any of the old REs, though I've always wanted to play the REmake. I was excited about the HD-ified rerelease of that that just came out but then I found out it's not getting a physical releas here and that bums me out. I did play RE5 and while it's a decent game, it never comes close to the level of RE4. It may be the best selling RE game but it sold on it sold on the merits of its predecessor, not its own. I've heard that The Evil Within is a better sequel to RE4 (which makes sense since Mikami directed it).
You tell 'em!
The last movie I watched was Star Trek: Into Darkness. Yeah, a little late to the party lol. I liked it a lot though. Good plot, good characters, good action: It was a winner! 4.5/5
I've seen that! It was pretty trippy.
I know! I just wish it played as well as it looked.
I think we're going to get Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. Guardian of Light was the first XBLA game we bought when we first got our 360 and we loved that one. And of course, like I said above, I'm thinking about Hard Corps Uprising...
I'm really torn on that one. I didn't have PS+ when that game was free and I want to play it, but $6 still seems like a lot for a game that's five years old. I'm such a cheapskate lol. But I'm still deciding...
Not so great, as it turns out. The game has a weird leveling system where things go up as you use them, and your HP goes up as you take damage. You can literally go into battle and have your characters hit each other and their max HP will increase. So it's not a very hard game, though it has been enjoyable to play through. FFI is a classic that deserves its many rereleases but FFII is more of a historical curiosity. I'd only recommend it if you want to play through all the titles in the main series (like me).
