The first half of year for me was all about older stuff. I would start projects like playing cheap games for achievements that would take me away from new releases. I ended up buying some new games that I still haven't gotten to as a result. The second half of the year I kinda gave up on the old stuff and focused on my more recent purchases first. My rule about that is when a new game comes out that I really want to play, I have to drop whatever I was playing and start the new one. Like last month, I got Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus and will play it until Halo: Spartan Assault drops on Xbox Live this month. Finished or not, I'm moving on to Halo.

Looks like there's nothing interesting in January, so I'll have a nice long time to utterly destroy Halo: Spartan Assault and maybe dig into my enormous backlog.

I'm totally wary of buying any HD collections for PS3 anymore; although, I did just buy the God of War Origins collection. I hope it works.

I had problems with the God of War HD Collection on PS3. I ended up trading it and just getting the PS2 games again. Why does this kind of thing happen? It's inexcusable.

Ever since Mario Kart: Double Dash came out, I've wanted it.

I love Diddy Kong Racing. The hub area music always brings back good memories.

I'm reading David Ewalt's Of Dice and Men: The Story of Dungeons and Dragons and the People Who Play it. I'm eating up this book very fast. It's like my atler ego wrote it. 

I don't mind retreads or games that just copy others as long as the controls are tight. X-Men Orgins: Wolverine was pretty derivative of many other games, but the controls worked very well and so I really enjoyed it. I hope Marlow Briggs has good fighting mechanics like that.

I still need to go play it. I liked the demo.

There's pictures of the zombies on the official web site. The more I look at it, the cooler it seems. 

Yea. I like the concept of fable characters existing in the real world as humans. I'm getting curiouser and curiouser about the game.
