No, this will be my first experience playing them. So I'm pretty excited.

Chris and a whole bunch of my other friends have all loved it.
Yes, READ THAT BOOK!
Wait. What? One can spend too much time reading? No, I don't think so.
I didn't throttle anyone today (but it was close), so we'll mark today's shift as a win.
I'm a Land O' Lakes hot chocolate fan myself, when I'm not being cheap and buying store brand. I also have a bunch of specialty cocoa that requires the heating of milk and the whisking of the powder into the milk. Those sit unopened in the cupboard, because I usually don't feel that energetic about making hot chocolate.
Oh, I got Borderlands to work. I just can't play online, so single player campaign only. Whatever. It was free.
I used to polish off three or four books every other week until my eyesight got bad. With the new specs, I fully expect to get back into that habit. The local library is great, and I've known some of the librarians for 20+ years.
I think Netflix hit the jackpot with the casting of The Punisher. I had a hard time taking Charlie Cox as Matt Murdoch seriously, I dunno, he just doesn' do it for me. And I dislike the character Jessica Jones, so that show wasn't going to be my favorite. Luke Cage is good, and I may be one of the few people who actually enjoyed Iron Fist. I guess I just like the character and the darkness of the show.
As for work, oh my god. You'd think it had never snowed in the state of Maine before. We've only known about this storm for a week and half, so I just don't get the last minute panic and need to buy 20 loaves of bread, ten gallons of milk, and 60 gallons of bottled water. My storm precautions? Make sure I have TP and dog biscuits. Back the car into my driveway, and lift the windshield wipers. Pick up any stray junk on the porch and put it away or dispose of it. Clean out the back of the car so I can put Beau's crate in there instead of putting it on the porch like I usually do. Fill the mop bucket with water so I can flush the toilet if the power goes out. And done.
City of Thieves by David Benioff. Read it. You'll like it.
I didn't know that Baldwin was gay. My mom encouraged me to read a couple of his books when I was in middle school/early high school. He's a great writer.
Chekhov was also an amazing playwright. Our high school used to get tickets for plays at the Portland Stage Company and I used to get to go to at least one play a year. One year, we saw The Cherry Orchard. Funny and heartbreaking at the same time.
You've already read my favorite. He had a lot of short story compilations that are fantastic, I'd recommend any of them. I also loved the Amber novels, I have the first series in a two-volume hardcover set, and the second spilt into cheaply-bound hardcovers (thank you, Science Fiction Book Club!) and mass market paperbacks. Hmm...Eye of Cat was really good, as was A Night In the Lonesome October. Changling and its sequel Madwand I liked, too.
While I liked The Left Hand of Darkness, I realy prefer Zelazny's Lord of Light over it. But then again, I've been a huge Zelazny fan since I was 12 and real one of his short stories in an anthology (encountered my first Asimov short story there, too). I have most of his books.
Oh, that roulette challenge! I did get it without cheating, but it took me a VERY, VERY long time. I did it on the 1 token table and just kept betting on the same number every time. The Casino trophy was a pain in the ass, I should have just waited on that one until I spent forever trying to earn enough tokens for Jade's final costume. By the time I got it, I had over 20 accolades.
The horse race was a pain in the ass, too, but I finally figured out the course. The big part was avoiding the mud and the pillars and hitting as many ramps as possible.
