I picked up Eternal Darkness recently and was pumped to finally play it. I dug out the gamecube and the darn thing keeps freezing on me. I cleaned the lazer and tried a few other games, about 10 minutes and ZOINK. Annoying.

Very true, those all-in-1 Tv/dvd/vhs players always had a poor version of one of those components and if the one died, the whole thing was kind of pointless. Truth be told I don't mind streamlining the living room of all its dedicated boxes, but I don't want to do so with a sacrifice in quality.

Don't get me wrong, I like BluRay on PS3 and being able to watch Netflix and HBO GO, its just this other wacky stuff I can do without. I don't want to tell the world how much video games I play, and sorry, call me old fashioned but I'm all set with "always on" and if you can't turn off the kinect features than I'm done with that, too. Deal with THAT, Microsoft

oh ok, interesting, I'll see if we can reach out to the field owners and ask if they've seen any. I'll let you know any findings!
