DQ XI just edged out VIII as my favorite DQ game. I didn't think that was possible, but here it is.
Oh, I tend to mostly post the good stuff and leave out the clogged toilets, frozen pipes, asshole tourists, and viscious ice storms. And there really isn't any work way up in places like Washburn, which is why property is so cheap.
Not that weird. Both depend on story telling, but also have all the little extras that make for a good RPG or action game. I think that was why I also liked Sleeping Dogs so well.
To be honest, I had actually forgotten all about the release date for DQ XI and preordered Shadow of the Tomb Raider first. But then Snee reminded me. And that, as they say, was that.
God of War was always a bit too combat heavy for my taste. Love Okami, though. I bought it when it first came out on the PS2. It was a bit clunky on that platform, to say the least. I bought it again in HD when it came out on the PS3. Still have yet to finish it on any platform.
I like the happy, colorful vibe of the Katamari one, and I also like the eerie, dark vibe of the Dark Souls one.

These are cool, Blake. Like Joe, I was convinced the first one was Halo. As for which I like best... Toss up between Katamari and the Dark Souls one, for completely different reasons.
