You do have a point there about cake. I feel like I want to believe in a universe where she's really bored when space pirate/metroid activity is low so she took a cake decorating class.

That's super interesting! And a really good way to start writing for the day. I'll have to try that out for sure.

I also cannot read my own writing at times, and I did not like that feeling. And you're right, it's because I want to get it out fast, just like typing. Even my signature has gotten just...well, lazy over the past few years. There's something to be said for having to tell your brain to slow down and think about what it is doing.

Something that helps slow me down is changing my handwriting style for certain things: for example, if I'm writing a non-cursive lowercase "y", I normally hook the bottom. I've started to just straightline it, so it looks just like this "y". Such a small change, but I have to stop and think about it everytime I do it, and that helps me slow down over all.

I'm also left handed, so I have a really hard time writing in a straight line on unlined paper. I'm working on that, too, while trying to keep my writing the same size across multiple pages. I really have seen an improvement. Good muscle training.

I don't know why it isn't a thing, either! Maybe it's money. Maybe companies are so rushed on games it's the last thing on their minds. Here's to hoping it becomes more popular!

Yeah...I always have my phone, lol. I have to. So it would be nice to actually be productive on it ;)

Right, like if I had access to what I'll refer to as "main menu tasks". Things like crafting, building, growing, organizing...little gameplay things I could do to help my progress in the actual game without having to be on the console. I would really enjoy that.

VII looks insane, I am so excited for it! I know they are releasing it in stages, but I wonder what exactly that means.

I'm definately going to get Feed Mii. I really love the fishing game, so I'll always keep that one ready to play. I have the flower game but it's almost too complicated for me to enjoy as a fun little downtime game.

Collecting the puzzle pieces is the BEST at conventions.
