No, it covers NA-released titles as well and more prominently. I should add that while it started with UK hosts, it also has had American hosts/guests since then.

There's a lot on my list so while there may be some content overlap, I'll come back to certain shows dependant on the strength of the hosts
Cane and Rinse (UK retro gaming podcast with game/console specific episodes although they've tackled recent games as well; great discussions)
What's Good Games (news/topics/what-we've-been-playing; delightful hosts)
Axe of the Blood God (RPG-specific, very informative)
8-4 Play (good focus on the Japanese side of the games industry)
Dark Hour Gaming (gotta show some love for Ryon, Derick and Mike)
DLC (RIP to Weekend Confirmed: it inspired spinoffs like WGG and this; Jeff Cannata and Christian Spicer do great work)
How Did This Get Played? (comedians/gamers discuss bad games)
Podcast Unlocked/Beyond/Nintendo Voice Chat
Easy Allies Podcast (Kyle Bosman left: yay!!!)
The Instance/The Boop Show (from the Frogpants podcast network: I still listen to the best World of Warcraft podcast; The Boop Show puts a nice emphasis on indie titles - better on Youtube version)
Kinda Funny Games Daily/Gamescast/PS I Love You
Giant Bombcast/Beastcast
Retronauts
Yeah, that was weird. Must've have been a faulty ROM.
I did add TMNT: Tournament Fighters although I've never played it.
Astro Boy OF is on there. I need to start that sometime.
I'll pick up Link's Awakening eventually. It's still at that store, believe it or not.
I'm not tech-savvy so luckily modding the SNES Classic. All you need is a computer/laptop that runs the latest version of Windows 10. Download the app (called Hakchi), connect the SNES C with the USB cord to the computer. Of course, you'll have to download the ROMs separately.
I played Dying Light on PS4 and loved it. Beat it, bought the expansion and beat that too. Great for multiplayer as well. Trying to get to a safe zone during night is some of the most intense gaming moments for me. Hope you enjoy it!
Couldn't help but notice that he's a little more hostile towards insects in this game compared to New Leaf. I mean, owls eat insects. What gives?
Oddly enough, I don't mobile game that much either. I got one for gaming experiences I can't get anywhere else. Although I will buy Stardew Valley for the umpteenth time. ;)
I agree so far. And thanks for the friend request. I added you.
I haven't played a Gears campaign since 3. It's not like I don't recognize that these are well-made games and interesting narratives on their own but the main draw for me these past 2 years have been the Horde mode, which I only play with friends. The same thing occurred with Halo; past Halo 4, I haven't cared.
I'd highly recommend, as others have, that you get an external hard drive. I got a good deal on a 2 TB but now I'm less than 700 GBs left.
Here's to hoping you can keep working throughout this mess, however long it takes.
I dig that you watch older films. One of my favorite channels is Turner Classic Movies and I'll have that one on usually even if its just background noise.
