Had this same problem when I bought the Witcher last year. I got lucky though because I have a friend who knows computers forwards and backwards and he fixed it for me. Im glad the community could help you with a work around.

1 of my faves are on your list, I like using Link, Marth, and Peach mostly. Im pretty excited that all 3 made it again to the new Super Smash Bros game but I know Marth made quite the stir with people because they feel someone else could have been put there.
