I for one have dumped countless hours into getting semi-competitive at MvC3 and UMvC3. While I'm far from winning EVO, I feel like I'm good enough to have a good match with an average player, but I dont think i have the patience to get that good at it. 

That said, its probably one of my favorite fighting games out. The fan service from both Marvel and Capcom is great, and its really fun overall. The cast is balanced alright in my opinion, though there is a pretty clear margin between the best and worst characters in the game. Its no MvC3 though (MSS anyone?) but still I enjoy it a lot. 

And yeah, as Jesse said, Arcade Stick is the way to play IMO. I've played against great pad players, but I think Arcade Stick is the way to go. Its hard to master, but its worth the time I feel.

After finishing Bioshock, and playing some of Bioshock 2, i can totally say that Bioshock Infinite has jumped up a few notches on my hype meter. The gameplay I've seen looks really impressive, and I like the vibe its going for. And Troy Baker is in it, so it has to be awesome right?

Ive never been a big GTA Guy but GTA V looks cool. Ill keep an eye out, but I doubt ill be getting it unless I suddenly become a fan of the series between now and then.

And lastly, I know a lot of people are looking forward to Tomb Raider. I was too, until i tried it at NYCC. Sure it was an early build, but I was overall unimpressed. She goes through the same "every bad thing must happen to her" thing that Nathan Drake does and i thought Tomb Raider was supposed to be about something else. Not only that, but the gameplay was sketchy, and i feel like they are trying to hard to make the New Laura likable, when she ends up coming off a bit annoying. Hopefully Im wrong, but I cant get excited for it just yet.

when i saw the trailer, I yelled in excitement. Totally cant wait for this :D

I really hope THQ does rebound. I was pleasantly surprised by games like Saints Row 3 and WWE 13. After purchasing the bundle, Im really excited to try Darksiders and if i enjoy it, ill likely buy Darksiders 2 on Wii U. Not to mention, South Park is one of my most anticipated for next year. THQ has produced some great content and I think that they could rebound if they keep it up.

As the one who reviewed all of the episodes so far I still agree that The Walking Dead isn't too much of a game. It is one of my favorite titles I've played this year, but its still more of a "choose your own adventure" narrative, with a few sequences of gameplay thrown in there. Does that bother me? No, but for the sake of this argument, I feel like its a valid point to bring up when stacking it against games that did provide what some might call a "legitimate" gameplay experience. Either way, I enjoyed it a lot, thats the moral of the story.

I too echo Julian's comments. thats my primary gripe w/ the campaign, since im not well versed in Halo lore. It did achieve getting me to care more about Chief, and Cortana especially. Otherwise, the gameplay is solid, and the multiplayer is extremely fun. I definitely give it a thumbs up.
