If anything I thought SH2 was more like a side story to the series than to the original series. I'm actually coming to like SH3 despite my love for SH2 before it, and the extra features in the Xbox version/HD releases.

It is one of those games one should try if they happen to have a DC. I only wonder why an aircraft carrier hasn't been used since this game. So many places to hide and use for that kind of setting. Sure Cold Fear and RE used ships but they were not aircraft carriers.
It's one of the reasons why I like to cover these kind games during my Top 11 lists. Those hidden gems deserve their moment in the spotlight! I'm sure others have done such before but it doesn't hurt to help this game along. too bad the sequel never came to pass.
Still sounds like an enjoyable game even if they gimmped it to justify the DLC, ONLine Pass features originally. Glad they kinda learned some of their lesson and and gave up the DLC that should've been in the game to begin with.
Stil i'm going with the Wii U release since the other consoles still has the ONline Pass feature intactced. BOO!
I almost got PSN+ back during the "Sales of the Dead" event but I just couldn't justify it given how I can't justify my XBLGold membership. Still it would be cool to try out these titles digitally to see if I want them physically later on when the game is no longer avaiablle for free over PSN+
It's all good. I'm not a fan of most music myself even if it's considered good by most standeards. It's why if I find one artist that does hit me right I can't ignore it. I did like his one song from White Zombie "More Human". Always it the spot when you load up your gun and get gunning down.
I'm sure that most modern music isn't all bad. I've just yet to find some that work for me while I'm gunning down the undead/monsters/demons/nazis/terrorists/aliens in my gameplaying. Usually I run into these songs when I watch a certain movie or TV show that features the song during a big scene.
Amen to that. But then again that's why I don't go fully into it like I've seen others are the concerts. Just can't bring myself to take the extra step. still fun to listen to as I gun down the undead/demons/terrorists/aliens/monsters.
