Kinect Final Hardware Revealed

I'd have to agree ShyGuy. I really don't want to be so pessimistic, but I can think of no interesting game concepts to go with this thing, and for what's already shown, there are plenty of better versions of that stuff on Wii and DS.

Ninja Gaiden II on NES is the best Ninja game around, everything else is a waste of time.

E3 2010 Predictions

Most of these predictions seem pretty safe. Does no one want to predict anything wild? I heard a rumour that Microsoft and Mars Candy Company are teaming up to create a new type of gamer candy called X&M's, which they will be handing out free samples at the show. Soon after, they will be sued by XM Radio for trademark infringement.

So We're Heading to E3...

I thought of the same thing, Sam, I thought of the same thing. Even worse, I'd most likely enjoy a box of K'nex more than this thing.

None of these concepts are anything the Wii hasn't already done dozens of times. Where's that head-tracking FPS?

Just an FYI, I won't be posting any entries during the week of E3. See you all next week!

Banjo-Kazooie

Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie definitely have enough differences that I can understand why someone would like the original over the sequel. For me, I kind of feel like Banjo-Kazooie suffers a bit from being stuck between a platformer and adventure game. Banjo-Tooie embraces adventuring and that's what makes it so solid, but it also means anyone looking for more platformy action would prefer Banjo-Kazooie.

Banjo-Tooie may have more things to collect, such as the five types of eggs, for example. But it is all much more manageable. Every item is always in bunches, and stuff like eggs usually reappear. I never found myself running out of eggs and feathers like I would in Banjo-Kazooie.

I doubt that, though it wouldn't surprise me if there were costumes for the Miis, similar to Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games.
