It's pretty good imo. Probably not as good as Contra, but if you like run and gun side scrollers it might be worth a shot. I haven't seen the cartoon in FOREVER lol.

I hear ya Snee. I actually didn't know about this game until recently. I remember you mentioning G.I. Joe in your blogs before though. I've played those Star Wars games on SNES, but not NES.

I've only played a little bit of the Atlantis Factor. It did seem pretty similar to this one though. I was surprised by this game. It has some annoying things in it, but I still enjoyed it. Sorry I didn't talk about the music (or graphics!). I figured this review was already long enough lol.

I wasn't that into G.I. Joe either. I watched it, but mostly remember the PSA's and Cobra Commander. I always wondered what the other half was too. It wasn't until recently that I played the first NES game.

I liked Transformers too. I wish I could have seen the animated movie that came out in 1986. Alas! I never got the chance.

Yeah. It's helpful. Although it does get tedious if you try to level up all of your Joes. I mostly stuck with Duke and Grid-Iron. That dude's fist is powerful.

I like Blizzard because their games are polished. I was big into RTS at one point, so spent a lot of time with Warcraft II and III. I made it pretty far in Starcraft, but then lost interest for some reason. Which is bad considering I bought that game ages ago along with Starcraft II and it's expansion lol. Diablo 3 on PC disgusted me for a while. It required an online connection and the loot system was f-d up. They fixed it since then though.

Man... I'm so late on this lol. Happy Anniversary! Did you try DK Tropical Freeze yet? I've been thinking about getting Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D on 3DS. The last DKC game I played is 20 years old.

115 new games?!?! No wonder why you always have that cursed status on your backloggery lol. I'm just messing with ya man. I was filling out a survey for Club Nintendo and it asked how many games I bought over the last three months. 37 was the number I came up with, and only one of those was free. I was shocked.

I think this game looks pretty cool and that music is awesome! Did you give the copy away yet? I was just wondering despite my Steam backlog already being kind of insane lol.

It just occured to me that there's over 700 NES games. 30 days?!?! Damn. I wish him luck. Thanks for the info. I'll be on the lookout for this movie for sure. Maybe Mothman will make a cameo.
