I think you've mentioned before at 1up that Shining was a really crazy band, but oh boy, was I surprised by that cover. Really impressive how they turned 21st Century Schizoid Man, a song which isn't by any means light, into an even darker and crazier song. Like woah! O.O

Aside from that, good list. Wasn't very concentrated, so I didn't apreciate more the covers of Chevelle and Breaking Benjamin, but I did liked the covers of Tori Amos, the one of 99 Problems and the Children of Bodom cover was a lot of fun. Like if suddenly a bunch of rednecks discovered Death Metal lol.

Another cover that I really like and I never get tired of listening it's Reel Big Fish redition of Take on Me. If you haven't listen to it, do it now!

Kinda harsh, but yeah, those things with Nintendo are pretty bad. Now that I look at it, I kinda find confusing why instead of supporting games on some causes like EVO, they are like "No it's bad" and tried to cut the stream. I think what happens is that because they have a mentality of "everything for the whole family", they find the more passionate gaming croud foreign and don't see the big cloud of followers.

Gotta play more of Monster Hunter Tri. I like it, but I always feel overwhelmed of the scavenging of materials.

I think there goes my chance of getting any of the "RPG Wii Trinity". I wasn't interested in any of them, but it's very posible that I could regret not getting any of the games if I watch enough videos that make me buy the games.

Since it's also on Steam, do you recommend any of the digital Sonic Adventure games? I heard good things, but also issues like the control and camera.

Since I don't get that many games in a year, I always have very few buys. My most recent one is Super Mario 3D Land, which I ordered two weeks ago and just recently received the game yesterday.

Yeah, sometimes self-promotion can be akward, because you sometimes don't want to come of as a bit pushy or attention whore-like. But at the same time, you can always aproach that in a mild manner like: "Hey guys, I just wrote the first part of my fan fic. I would like some input and criticism please". Besides, it's true that if you feel like promoting something you feel is great, just do it. I did that with Homestuck here

It was only till last year that I found out that Metroid Prime Trilogy became a rare collectors item. The good thing is that I got a copy the year it was released. It was worth it.

There's no problem with doing non-gaming blogs. I think even some of the staff do and comment on non-gaming blogs.

Anyway, very nice review. I've been contemplating in getting the album, although I do wonder if I should start with Homework first and then with the other albums. I wouldn't have any problem with Discovery as I had owned that album since I was little.

I say Friday, but that just because I have more time there. You are free to decide which day you want anyway.

I can agree with the tripping being annoying, but for the rest, I didn't have much problem and besides, since I never played the other Smash Bros games deeply, things like Nerf or changes in the mechanics didn't affect me.
