I loved the Harry Potter movies but was hesitant to get the games. I suppose I was just afraid of being disappointed,Lar. Usually movie licensed games are kinda crappy. (Though there have been exceptions to that rule!)

From what I've read the fights in GEB are not quite as drawn out as those in MH. However, I bet some of the later more difficult Aragami will test that claim!
Still planning on getting Valkyria Chronicles 2 for the psp so we think alike. lol. Bioshock is fun but its' allure is part of the problem. Aka, I blew through it really quick!
It's a great time passer,Matt! The Aragami fights tend to be challenging but they are mercifully shorter than the "Jrpg boss battles" of yesterday. lol. The only thing I kinda loathe is finding an Aragami that runs away to a different part of the map! Yet certain people love the chase as much as the trophy,aye?

The cringe worthy dialogue is indeed a merit in some ways. I've gotten a laugh out of it at the very least! I also began liking characters more as I read their e-mails.
I finally got Alisa and a few new god-eaters to be selectable and the story has gotten much more interesting! (And it was already compelling to start with!)
