I've played a negligible amount of WoW and a couple years ago I played the first few missions of the first WarCraft (man alive, is that ever dated!) but I'd like to try the other WarCrafts. I love StarCraft though.

I haven't played the second one but yeah, pretty sure it's got the Gummi Ship too. I remember reading that those sections were much improved lol
So would you liken the combat to Sin and Punishment? I'm just a little comfused on how it actually plays. Sounds like I'd enjoy it, though I hate paying retail-level prices for digital-only games
Alright! I've been sitting on my copy of Mirror's Edge for months now, wondering when to start it lol
Argh! So many good games out now. I wonder if we can swing getting this too somehow. Hmm...
I've almost bought this game so many times but never actually did. This will save me the $3 it costs at GameStop lol
Glad you like it! There aren't many remixes that employ multiple pianos like this, which is a shame.
The first Kingdom Hearts is definitely a classic of the PS2 era, even if the series has wandered far afield since then. Maybe the we-actually-know-it's-coming-now-for-sure Kingdom Hearts III will redeem all the spin offs. We'll see.
I have the soundtrack to the first game on my computer but I suppose I've never listened much to the second (never played the game either, though I did like the first one). I guess I should hunt it down too lol
I never finished Earthbound and that's one of my regrets from growing up because I should have. It's a game that deserves to be played. The combat is very Dragon Quest-ish and the graphics lean towards a cartoony 8-bit. The music can be a little odd but boasts some very memorable tracks. The setting and story really make it unique though. It's '50s America as seen through a Japanese lens. There's really nothing else like it. Earthbound is one of those games that easily exceeds the sum of its parts.
Sorry to hear about your grandmother, Cary. Sounds like she was pretty awesome and those sketches and paintings are really good! My favorite is the kitten in the paper bag, which I see you made your profile picture
Garfield and Friends is such a great show. It was still on tv when I was a kid, though it might have been in reruns, I don't know. We watched it all the time.
