It would still be difficult to do a sprite like that. I have some sprite editor programs on hand but nothing that adds horns or specializes in giant robots.
In time maybe I'll accquire the skill or find sprites out there close enough to edit slightly. Cross your fingers for me,Matt!
Been wanting to try Red Dead awhile. I'm not what you would call a "Western fan" but I do appreciate good characters and good writing. I also agree there are plenty of games in circulation & plenty of time thus there's no rush to buy everything at full price. I could never understand the people who tried their damndest to do just that. They certainly have more money to burn than I do. lol.
I have much of the same view,Andrew. I try to snag up pleasantly unusual and rare games quickly but I hold off on the mainstream titles until they drop in price considerably.
Deadly Premonition was my "game of the year" for quite awhile. There has been no game quite like it. While it wasn't pretty to look at I fell in love with its' people and its' story. There are not many free roam sandbox/survival horror/80' comedy/murder mystery/Twin Peaks tribute games on the market. lol.
Ray was difficult to put in my rpg because he really is so original. Making animated sprites of a golden kid with horns riding on a giant robot would have been really friggin hard,Matt! A shame too because he really is one of my favorite designs out of the bunch.

You can still score Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne on the cheap for the PS2! (Assuming you don't already have it of course) It's a shame Digital Devil Saga is so expensive because the story gets much better as it progresses towards the end.
Ha, glad I'm not alone! I thought some of my friends would be up in my grill calling me a "traitor". lol. I do feel as if I could be a little more productive if I put games down awhile. I'll never be so drastic I'll sell off my collection (Unless it's a matter of survival) but it wouldn't hurt for me to actually "create things" again.
I'm still 100% on board for Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge. However, my best friend's birthday is coming up so I want to put aside more money for his gift.
I might even decide to save my money this month and simply let it carry over,Matt. RDR and Witcher 2 are great games but it's not like they're gonna disappear. lol.
I really want to get more into illustrating again. I've neglected it a lot.
