Mario Kart 64 is my third favorite Mario Kart game. I played it so much with friends in college.
I rented Blast Corps once. Kind of reminded me of Lemmings mixed with Rampage.
I got to review Turok for the newspaper back then. The developers of that game were in Austin: Iguana Studios, and I interviewed them several times for school projects in college. Many of the folks from that team went on to become Retro Studios.
I played a demo of Croc and didn't like it, so I never got the game. There's some interesting rumors and history behind Croc, like it originally was going to be a 3-D Yoshi game.
PaRappa the Rapper was more fun to watch than to play. I could probably recite all the lyrics to the second song level in that game.
"Here we are, just sittin' in the car. I want you to show me if you can go far. Step on the gas...etc. etc."
Diddy Kong Racing was an awesome game, but it was the game that also caused me to get a PlayStation because that was the N64's big holiday release that year and I wasn't satisfied with just that.
Yoshi's Story was fun, but ultimately disappointing compared the the great Yoshi's Island. And yes that is the game that started Yoshi's annoying voice. I liked his 16-bit 'bree-burp' sound better. Sounded like someone stepped on a duck.
