You're alive! And looks like you definitely got that writer's block beat. A retro summer sounds really nice but all my systems that came out before the new millennium are back at my parents' house on the other side of the country Hope Connecticut gets its head out of its butt and drops those phony car taxes!
Yeah, the developers did a great job catering to the old fans
I find it very hard to say no to a good game for $10 or less. And this is a great game to get back into the series with.
The system is a bit of an investment, of course, but it's becoming a better investment all the time
Yes, you have a lot of catching up to do!
...though I'm not really that far ahead of you lol
It was limited continues? Dude, it was more brutal than I remembered!
So did you beat it? I got all the way to the boss of the game and that guy's just cheap. He's so fast and nimble, like a ninja is supposed to be, whereas your poor character is all stiff and slow. I never did beat that guy, despite infinite continues (probably had to replay the final level too but I don't remember). It's a fun game for sure but they don't empower the player enough.
Personally, and I know this will enrage any die-hard Shinobi fans, but I really liked the Revenge of Shinobi game for the Game Boy Advance. It's completely unrelated to the Genesis game and quite different than any other game in the series, but I thought it was great.
Also, I don't know if you ever saw my review of Shinobi for the 3DS on 1UP. I put it up not long before...The End Maybe I'll repost it here on PixlBit.
I'm not the biggest fan our westerns either but I love a good story, which apparently is RDR's strongest suite. Seriously, who plays Rockstar games for the gameplay?
Yeah, I suppose putting The Legacy Collection in the list is cheating but the number of games in it is exactly why it's so appealing lol. And while I've never played any of the Harvest Moon games (my brother had the Game Boy one back in the day, which I think might have been the first one released in the US...?) but I'd probably like the Rune Factory games. I've heard lots of good things.
I think the only collection I've ever been satisfied with was the N64 but how hard is that? Lol. But there's only one game I really want for the GameCube still, and that's Lost Kingdoms II. The problem is that the GameCube collection is fractured. I have some of it but so do my two brothers, and we all live in separate states. All of us were buying games, which is probably the only reason it got anywhere near "complete"
