There's "romance" in Dragon's Dogma? Strange as it may sound, that's peaked my interest in this rpg even more!
I'm not "up to date" with all the most recent popular multi-player games out there. However, this will change as prices drop and I add more gems to my collection. I don't know why I don't have Gears Of War 3 already. It boggles my mind! I may eventually get Halo 4 as well though truth be told, I'm not the biggest Halo fanboy out there.
I skipped the bottom spoilers because I've yet to play this magnificent marvel. However, I had much the same feeling with Nier. Akin to RDR, it really is a story about fragile humanity's struggle and how it helps to have integrity & character in the face of adversity.

True that! I wish life could be martinis and sunshine but sometimes we gotta break out the big-boy pants! (To me that means mopping the floor, taking out the garbage, and doing the dishes. I roll epic like that!)
Rpgmaker vx ace is very good, Townz. It has many options the previous makers were lacking though I wish its' "base combat module" was more engaging. Battles play out like old-school Dragonquest. However since rpgs are mainly about the story anyway it is forgivable.
I suck at giving people controller instructions, Chris. lol. But yeah, it's been awhile. I personally thought we did well until the "flooding submarine" part. We probably would have gotten it "perfect" without any deaths if we hadn't pmed each other. lol. Geh, I need to get a new headset eventually.
