The Wii

Posted on 04/24/2017 at 11:25 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I like the Wii a lot, but a few months after I got the Wii, I got a 360 and ended up enjoying that one a little bit more.  But don't call me a Microsoft fanboy because I still don't have an Xbox One (and at this rate, probably won't get one either).  I'm in a similar situation right now.  I'm glad I got a Nintendo Switch, but right now i'm enjoying my PS4 a bit more.

I just beat LEGO City: Undercover as well.  And I just wrote my review of it.  Be on the lookout in a couple of weeks when it posts.

Now I'm working on playing some more games to review: Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap remake, Bye, Bye Box Boy, and The Disney Afternoon Collection!

Civ Rev, Skies of Arcadia and Skylanders

The original voice of Spyro was the same guy who voiced the Taco Bell dog.

Bulletstorm, Seaman, and Skylanders

I played Seaman, but I can't remember if I bought it or if I reviewed it.

Yeah I know stuff sometimes.

So Breath of the Wild has some problems...

My favorite Zelda game is Link's Awakening.  It was on the Game Boy and a DX version came out on the Game Boy Color.  Other Zelda games I like are Link to the Past on SNES, the original NES Zelda, and Link Between Worlds on 3DS as well as Four Swords Adventures on GameCube.  All of which are 2-D Zeldas.

Bulletstorm, Toy Commander, and Skylanders

Oh I also forgot.  In the Chibi Robo games, you can talk to toys.

There is a game like that.  It's called Chulip.  It was a game about you moving into town and talking to all the townspeople so you can learn their schedules and get to know them better so you can kiss everyone.  Yes, that's the goal of the game.  It was on PS2 and was surprisingly brought to the US.  I have it, but unfortunately, I don't think it's that good.

Before they made Chulip, the team that made that game also did Incredible Crisis on the PSOne.  And later on they'd help work on most of the Chibi Robo games.

All the Chibi Robo games are interesting, but the first two are the best.

I enjoyed Breath of the Wild, but it's certainly not one of my favorite Zelda games.  I just like traditional dungeons too much.  And actually most of my favorite Zelda games are the 2-D top down ones anyway.
