I need to look for that podcast ... I did have Skype recorder going, so should have it.

I could see an argument for not wanting to have to replay an entire game to get a good ending, but if it's defaulting to the same good outcome, then yeah why bother?
Didn't realize Shovel Knight had that character DLC. I own it on Steam and it runs fine, but I may get it on PS4.
Papers are a bit different from video projects I think.
Never played Peace Walker, but definitely remember its launch on PSP.
I feel old. Why is Mewtwo fighting a chandelier?
That looks like a good BaD time!
I caught the recap and told my students to watch it since we were going over movies.
To me, I actually like that the Oscars promotes underdog/indie films. For one, those tend to be the kinds of movies I enjoy (I honestly thought Mad Max was just okay, though I think it deserves the tech achievements it got) and for another I think the Grammys are the cynical popularity contest. By comparison, an Oscar seems more based on merit than box office numbers, where Grammys seem more based on Billboard numbers (with ocassional exceptions like Beck last year) than artistic integrity.
Having said that, the Oscars show itself can be incredibly dry and boring, and there's definitely political awards given I don't agree with. But I usually watch. This year I couldn't because my TV doesn't pick up ABC and they don't stream in Nacogdoches, so I had to live with just recaps. Glad Leo finally won ...
Happy Leap BaD!
