I heard about this, but I didn't know if it was true.
Now they need to make a Kid Dracula cartoon!

I got Shantae Half-Genie Hero on PS4. I like the game, but I'm also disappointed with it, too. It doesn't have the Metroid style exploration like the others did, and it's much shorter, too. Plus the other games had fun dungeon mazes to figure out. Half Genie Hero makes me think that WayForward wanted to make a cartoony Mega Man game, so they did a kickstarter to fund a project to pay for making the engine so they can make one easier next time. This is why I don't do kickstarters. Plus I would've been more disappointed with the game if I did.
Super Mario Maker is one of the best Wii U games out there.
Wait'll you get to Death Mountain. :)
Kirby's Triple Deluxe is great. Now you need to try Planet Robobot.
Wow you got a platinum trophy? I don't even think I have one of those.
My proudest gaming moment really doesn't have to do with a game. But I'm really proud that I got to write game reviews for The Dallas Morning News. I'm proud because when I tried out for the gig, I did it all by myself. Granted I should credit teachers for teaching my how to write and parents for supporting me and raising me, but as far as everything I had to do to try out for the newspaper, it was all me. And while I haven't been lucky enough to make a career out of it, I still get gaming feathers in my cap because of that opportunity.
When I was a little kid, I was proud when I beat my first game. It was called Mickey's Space Adventure. It was kind of a cross between a point and click game and a text adventure. Anyway, I know it was designed for kids, but I was in kindergarten at the time and I was really proud when I beat it. I still remember that feeling today, and that's why I have a strong interest in kids' games.
I just reviewed thsi game.

The only Yu-Gi-Oh cards I have are ones based on other Konami games. I have the Gradius ship, Options, Big Core (from Gradius), Lady Ninja Yae and Sasuke from Goemon, and the stick figures on airplanes from Parodius. When my little brothers were into that card game, I made them give me any card they had that had a classic Konami character on it. That was such a popular thing back then. I remember the cartoon (it was horrible). There was even a Yu-Gi-Oh cereal at one point!
BlazBlue collection? Is that a card game now, too?
Gamefellas? You mean like the really cool game store in Austin I used to go to when I was in college? That Gamefellas?
I put away my 360 early last year because I wasn't playing any games on it and it was kind of acting funny on me anyway. But it lasted a good 8+ years so that's not bad.
The Switch does have a lousy launch line up, but I don't regret pre-ordering mine because I know they will have good games in the future I will like, and it'll give me an early opportunity to review Switch games, too.
