I was so stoked for Advent Rising because Orson Scott Card (Enders Game) was involved. I was so disappointed in the results but maybe my expectations were too high.
Music: Loved the Anthrax. Always liked that song. Cradle of Filth. Not really a fan. The female vocals on the first track were not bad.
I have to hold out. The pile just keeps getting bigger (damn PSN+ and the discounts) and SMT IV is just around the corner and everything stops for SMT.

The best shit happens at night in AC. All sorts of weird stuff goes down. The island is at it's best after dark too. I've caught some giant ass beetles that are worth a fortune.
I'm not sure when K.K. comes into town to play his music. It used to be Saturdays at midnight. Always loved that.
Fishing is the shit! I do a lot of it. creeping up on cool bugs is cool too.

The "good old days" are gone now. I tend to live in the present. Sure I have fond memories but that's what they are. That's why I never stopped seeking out new music and embrace technology the way I do. Yes there is shit I don't like today but twas ever thus. I can't think of a single time in my life where everything was hunky and dory at the same time.
