Oh, I know exactly what you mean. I watched a local indie film at a festival a little while back called "That Smell" all about a local old used book shop and the smell of the books. I voted it my favorite of the bunch I saw that day.

Yea, there are quite a few now. I started following them back when the Halo Graphic Novel came out in 2006. It's been one new novel a year until 343 got hold of the franchise. Now it seems like 2 a year. I'm not sure if I've missed one or not but I think I've read them all now. It's getting near 20 novels all totaled.
I want that SNK Collection that just came out. I've considered taking out the Switch we have at the library to play it. I discovered I can do that as an employee a few days ago.
Interesting guy, and tragic. He was a stage performer at 10. Probably helped him do the teaching thing. Part of it seems to be entertaining the students.
I'm @JERandolph on Twitter. I wish I could change my username here at Pixlbit. I've been wanting to for a while. If I make a new account, probably no one will know, so I don't do it.
I am severly scared of public speaking. In my lecture series Drout said it was the number one fear people had. I thought it was going to the dentist, but ok, I'll believe him. It's weird too because for a time I was performing music and didn't think twice about it. Ah, meds. I'm not going back on them though. I've been considering some kind of anti anxiety herb. . . a legal herb that is. I'm in PA not Colorado. ha ha
I found I didn't tweet that much but I kept the account. Then I was told in a LinkedIn workshop that it was good to be on social media because employers see that you know about current technology. So I've been trying to find a use for it.
I saw a card just now that says "Won't you be SLIME." Ha ha. I'm always looking for those things in Minecraft because they drop slimeballs from which I can make the ever valuable leashes. Leashes make coralling animals so much easier.
I really like the art in Darkwing Duck, probably because I like film noir cinematography. I read some Darkwing Duck comics a while ago though and didn't really enjoy the stories. I wish that Disney Infinitiy figure had come out though.
I like "absurd". I think that's what drew me to the book.
I think I am following you, @joemikestep right?
I think it's, yet again, another case of me comparing myself to the best of the best and getting down on myself. Prof. Drout is my age but has been teaching for probably 20 years now. I'm just very shy in public. I've been dropping classes if they have too much class presentation stuff in them. Bad. Maybe I can get over it, but it's a tough challenge for me.
I'm trying to find ways to use Twitter more. Casual chat is not that appealing to me. I followed some career related things and professors. Don't know what'll come of it, but whatever.
I put that Confederacy of Dunces book on my list not too long ago. I almost just started reading it but something else got my attention at the time.
I'm curious about Shenmue I & II. I remember playing the first one on Dreamcast way long time ago. I didn't stick with it long though. Maybe because I wasn't ready for the sandbox experience at the time.
