Another post? What the hell am I thinking.

I agree Ghostbusters 2 was not of the same calibur as the first but it was still a good movie. On that note the animated series was actually pretty damn good too. I have the box set with the first two seasons and its just as good if not better than I remember. As for bad movies to avoid, watch Expendables 2 at your out risk, its pretty weak.

Yeah writing like anything gets better with practice so the more you do it the better it gets. My problem is I get too many ideas and get overwhelmed by them. Been working all week on a blog for the Tranformers 30th anniversary thing Chris is putting together. Its fun and frustrating all at the same time, lol.

Another funny made by Gamestop.

I miss EB and Babbages and Game Fellas and Funcoland. I thought we had laws against monopolys like Gamestop. Making money is one thing but this is just shiesty. This is why I always feel guilty when I buy used games from them cause I know some sad, desperate, or foolish soul got hosed.

That would explain the similarities between the two. Lunar was much less frantic than Grandia but Lunar required more strategy, which I personly prefer. That is one of the main reason I like TBC is being able to take your time and plan each move vs twitch timing. Stil both are very fun games.

Persona 3 FES A True PS2 Classic

This game really does deserve the HD treatment. Some of other cool features of the FES version is you can replay the game in a game+ plus mode where you keep all your previous stats and persona. Also there is partial mini sequel that takes place right after the end of the main game. Its also a bit tougher than the main game because it is a straight up dungeon crawl, no making social links or boosting stats, although you can upgrade gear and weapons. Its a true classic in a genre that is a dying breed.

I'm Back, And Better Than Ever....But Not Really

Welcome back! Yeah college math is a basterd to the power of 10 (ahg, silly math pun). But aside from math I really had fun in college. I also was in the anime club, made a lot of good friends there too. I have heard about Attack on Titan, need to check that out.

Borderlands is a personal fave of mine. I gotta recomend Brick. May seem counter intuitive to use a brawler in a PFS, but he is just too fun. As for me I'm neck deep in FF14 Realm Reborn. Its my first go at playing an MMO and so far I'm hooked. Its nice to be playing an FF game again. Speaking of which looking forward to your next FF rant if your still doing those, lol.

Have fun at school, laters!

I just wonder what kind of knucklhead would fall for this. There are people spamming adds in FF14 selling gil for real money or offering to lv your character up to lv50 for...$250!. Why would I want to pay some one to play MY game for me. I want to earn my ingame money and earn my levels. I'm not even going to comment on the shameless greed element of this.

I never actually finished Grandia 3, got got kinda weird late game. But the comabt was really fun. You could knock ememies up into the air and do juggle combos on them. Its worth hunting down.

After one of the updates on Borderlands 2, some weird stuff would happen. The funniest was  there were a pack of skag ( kind of like wolves, only mean & ugly) near the Happy Pig Motel suddenly took off into the air in formation, flew a little ways then landed and went on with their normal routine.

So... This is how I've been feeling lately...

Not a big fan of GTA, may pick it next year when its $20. I'm fully immersed in FF14 right now. Need to catch up on Dark Souls though.

Grandia! Suprised these got left out, they were famous for their engaging and dynamic combat systems that focused on player & enemy position. They also allowed you to create combos. The Lunar games also had a really cool TBC that also used party and enemie placement. FFVI & VII I think still have the best comat systems in the FF series. Legia's system really was impressive, I just got bored with the story and bland enemy designs. I would also add Suikoden 1 & 2 , 6 member parties with tons of combonations to work with. Everything from affiliation of characters for team attacks to magic, to ranged weapons to close quarters effected your paries line up and style. Plus there were duels and whole army battles.
