The thing was built with you in mind. So many great RPGs for you to play. I haven't played 3rd Birthday yet but I have PE1 and 2 on my Pro Duo. I'm just happy you now have something you should have had all aloing. The universe is unfolding as it should Ben. :)

If indeed this is true, it isn't exactly new ground for Microsoft. They got where they are in the software business by spreading FUD (Fear, uncertainty and doubt) about other companies rather than explain why what they are doing was better.
In fact in most cases, what they were doing was not better in any way, shape or form but they brainwashed many a senior executive into thinking it was and had companies ripping out superior software in favour of their products. That's how they did it. They sold their shit to overpaid, non-technical CEOs who forced technical staff to tolerate their ill-informed decisions.
Why would anyone be surprised if they are doing something underhanded. That's business as usual at Microsoft. 10% product, 90% bullshit.
Trust me, this is not unfounded hatred based on fanboyism. This is from someone who has had to suffer their second rate software for 28 years.

Happy Grajeeayshun Britt. I'm afraid to say this out loud (is writing actually out loud?) but my current launch model PS3 is still working. I have sessions when the audio and video through the HDMI connection cut out randomly but the unit keeps running. Thankfully it only happens once in a while. I play PS1, 2 and 3 games on it. I guess I could hook up my old PS2 for the first 2 but I definitely can't afford a new PS3 right now.

I think they are going to find out very quickly that this model is going to bite them in the ass, and frankly I am hoping that it does.
As I've already mentioned, I'm done with M$ and hope to never again give them any of my money. I take a wait and see attitude with the PS4, I may also be done with them to.
Which leaves me with the Wii U which I still don't own but likely will in the future. Oh, and EA you can go take a long walk on a short pier for all I care. The absence of your shit would likely go unnoticed in my house.

I bought it for 10 bucks at Toys R Us a couple of years back. I enjoyed the hour or so I put into it. I should probably finish some of these shorter games instead of getting caught up in a bunch of 50 hour RPGs and not finishing any of them.
