Yeah, the top picks tend to be pretty conservative. I have never agreed that Jimi Hendrix is necessarily the greatest guitarist of all time.

Platinum trophies and 100% chievos do feel good. I have completed a few games as much as possible, but until these generations of consoles I never had it show up on an online profile. I love showing people the size of my ePeen.
I still own and play it from time to time, but I'd say it's good, not great.
I enjoy the Sonic levels in Adventure 1 and 2, but I still HATED the Knuckles/Rouge levels in 2, the robot gameplay is really repetitive and gets dull, and the camera in either game is frustrating. Yet, I still really like the games for some reason. Not nostalgia, cause I really didn't play them much until the Gamecube release. Then again, I only own 2.
But speaking of DX, Game Grumps are currently playing that one and it is glitchy as all get out. Apparently, there's a '99 International version that's better?
I'll definitely look out for that MM/Sonic graphic novel. Windows 10 is sooo much better than 8.
I don't think Nick would mind you having something else. He seems pretty chill about it since it's an unpaid position. Can always ask him though.
I need a new job too ... well, a job. Need to either hide my Master's from temp emloyers or hire a headhunter.
I might apply to Pixlbit myself. You can never get enough practice.
Well, most of the stuff you posted this time flew under my 9-year-old radar. lol
Never even heard of Fish until now, only Phish. Marillion's existence is also news to me ... as well as Orzic Tenatcles. I looked up Plague of Ghosts and it's pretty relaxing. Incubus sounds bombastic and theatric, which isn't a bad thing. Orzic Tentacles' Waterfall Cities sounds like it belongs in a futuristic racing game from the 90s.
Everyone raves about Sega Bass Fishing. Such an interesting game for a console to be known for. I've heard of Ready 2 Rumble, but haven't seen it in action. The opening Dreamcast song and video is so catchy.
My aunt read to me the first chapter of Harry Potter trying to get me into it. She's send the first two books to us, which I thought were ok. But Prisoner got me into the series. It felt much darker to me and I loved the Sirius Black character and backstory.
Yes, Gordon Freeman's name is a reference to Dyson Freeman. He was almost called Dyson Poincare after both Dyson Freeman and Henri Poincare. The More You Wikipedia ...
Galaxy Quest with Tim Allen? Never saw it as a kid, but wanted to so badly. Thought it looked so cool.
Tenacious D has some of my favorite songs. Would love to see them live.
Might have to see Thirteenth Floor myself. Never heard of it, but from the trailer it looks like a Matrix-type premise with 1930s gangsterism and the guy from Law & Order who now plays Kingpin.
Right but, couldn't he buy his own PS4?
In any case, I miss split-screen multiplayer.
Why couldn't you just play co-op online with someone? Cheaper.
