Shantae is a good idea. I also thought Captain Syrup would be cool in the game. I bet in the next Smash game, the squids from Splatoon will show up (and not just Mii outfits).

Nope nope nope. Return of Ishtar actually plays similarly to the orignal game, except now you have to control Gil AND Ki at the same time. If you thought the first one was hard...
Let me know if you want to learn more about the Druaga games. I can steer you in the right direction.
I'm glad you didin't bash Nuts & Bolts. While it's true I'd rather have a more traditional BK game, Nuts & Bolts was a great game in its own right. If Rare made some of the games you mentioned, I might actually consider getting an Xbox One. Maybe.
Oh I've been to every PAX in Seattle since 2008! And I'm going again this year, too!
In 1990 we were still kids. How much shit did we have to have together? Not a lot, I'd say.
The orange was neat because it matched the PIxlbit web site logo, but I like the green, too, because green is my favorite color!
I looked into that ScrewAttack convention a couple of years ago, but it looked like mostly YouTube 'celebrities' were the feature there, which I have no interest in, so I didn't go.
Yeah, they do have Super Mario fruit snacks now, too, but they are totally different than the ones we had as kids.
Yeah, you're not going to find Return of Ishtar unless you play Namco Museum vol. 4. The original NES Legend of Zelda is still one of my favorites and SkyKid is awesome. Love that music!
I just posted a Nintendo related blog that you might enjoy reading, if you want to spend your five minutes of Internet on that. :)
When the N64 came out, I was already starting to write game reviews for The Dallas Morning News, so I made sure to reserve one at the EB Games in the mall. They called me to pick it up the day before a math test. Guess how much studying I did for that test that night? We were all pretty impressed with Mario 64, and excited for the possibilities to come. But I ended up getting a PSOne soon after anyway. :)
I'm only at World 3 in the Mario Puzzle & Dragons game. It's actually pretty hard. Or maybe I'm just not 'getting' it. So far, though, I'm liking Pokemon Shuffle better, but I WANT to like Puzzle & Dragons more!
