Fixes to Blog Autosaving

Hey, Nick. I think I'm having a problem with my comments people give to me. I've noticed that when people respond back to my comments, its starts under as another comment instead of the comment they were trying to reply to. It looks like its just me experincing this. Can you help?

Ben breaks the Xbone! Angry rant ahead!

You know  what's screwed up about XBO? They wait till they make a shitty online-DRM debacle of a console to make a new Killer Instict. And to add insult to injury, its not even developed by Rare. Truth be told, I would have bought a 360 in a heart beat if KI had just been made on it. But the XBO? Hell, no.

Xbox One: The Embodiment of the American Dream

What befuddles my mind about this is that Microsoft has some terrific game studios and teams working with them and they will be utterly trampled on because of the stupid XBO like Twisted Pixel. Even worst, is the situation with Project CD Red and The Witcher 3. How do you not only screw over a developer who sworn off DRM practices but not even have the damn console be released where developers are stationed at developing a game for YOUR console?! That blows my mind. The XBO is a no for me.

Thanks Cary. The pink haired lady is Alisa. The kangaroo is Roger and the bear is Kuma. Maybe you'll like Julia (known as Jaycee in Tag 2) and Jun Kazama.

Unofficial Rage Quit: Microsoft Comes Clean

Posted on 06/07/2013 at 08:35 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I watch a Giant Bomb disambiguation of the Xbox One policies and while they explained a lot of things clearer than most game outlets, they still ended up confused about what it really all meant. Many gaming outlets basically echo that sentiment. Honestly, if I was an editor in chief at a gaming publication (magazine or website), I'd strongly consider not even covering the damn thing. Its rude to readers but at the same time this thing is corrosive on the whole market, not just Microsoft. Hell, what's really confusing is the fact that Microsoft is keeping the 360 around longer and not even considering to phase it out quickly like the original Xbox. That's the most backward message ever and its not going to end well.

The Official Word on Xbone and Game Ownership...Ugh

You know what's really makes me mad about this? If Microsoft would just explain why its doing this. If used games were the problem, why they didn't introduce this with the 360 redesign? Why now? What's really bad about actually explaning that is going to make this is situation any worst than it is?

Project A-Kon 2013

I've always wanted to a con before but I always seem to miss my local conventions. A-kon sounds awesome. I've seen bits of that Yamato remake too, it looks pretty awesome. I reminds me of Fugitive Alien, which of course reminds me of the forklift song from MST3K.

Good read, Jon. I would add to that if people get physical versions of fighitng games to keep the manuel around. Sometimes, when its not just a piece of paper with adds on it, it contains vital info that the game doesn't have and is a really good place for people to start with learning the real basics about the game. Also, people should look out for fighitng game websites, espcially specicalized ones. Many websites like that contain really good beginner's guides to understanding the basics, lingo, and other general knowledge the game may lack. However, sites that cover many other fighitng games such as Shoryuken and Eventhubs also have really good and detailed beginners' guides.

Max is boss, albeit a bit Capcom focused. Still, he's my idol because no one gets to people better than him.
